Chris Holloway is a highly experienced personal trainer based in Conyers, GA, with over 24 years of hands-on coaching experience in the fitness industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and is NASM and ASFA certified, bringing a strong science-based foundation to every program he designs.
With more than 20 years of experience in supplements, vitamins, and nutrition, Chris takes a comprehensive approach to health and fitness, combining intelligent training with practical, sustainable nutrition strategies. He specializes in fat loss, muscle building, body recomposition, and nutrition coaching, helping clients achieve real, lasting results—not quick fixes.
In addition to physique transformation, Chris has extensive expertise in athletic performance, rehabilitation, lifestyle coaching, and online training, allowing him to work effectively with beginners, experienced lifters, athletes, and individuals recovering from injury. His coaching style emphasizes proper movement, consistency, accountability, and long-term health.
